• Space Starts at $75/Hour – Student Discount 20% with valid school I.D.

• Minimum 2 Hour Rental to Book.

• Lights extra fee if over 2 hour rental. Negotiable on project.

• Security Deposit of $75 required at time of booking. Non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days from your shoot or event date, or a no-show.
