ADDITIONAL DETAILS

BOOKING YOUR SESSION

  • Booking your Session — A $150 deposit and signed contract is due at the time of booking your session and to commit to your time slot. Your booking fee will be applied as a credit to your balance due upon completion of your session.

  • Your session deposit is non-refundable if a no show at your appointed time or cancelled at any time. (Exceptions are family emergency or severe weather conditions)

  • You are required to be on time. More than 15 minutes late, requires a reschedule and new deposit. (Please arrive at least 15 minutes early)

  • After Your Session - Within two weeks or less. The In-Studio Reveal, presenting your amazing images. Personalized time set aside for you to get you your images and an option to buy professionally matted prints.

  • Session fee does not include the cost of prints, framing or outside expenses.

  • Photo assistant(s) - If needed billed, as additional cost.

HAIR & MAKE-UP

  • Recommended for all shoots. Please account the this time do, as it is applied within your session time. 

  • As and option, I can supply professional hair and make-up at an additional fee, depending on the stylist. Average cost is $150 for 2 hours. (Cost may vary, TBD at time of booking.)

  • If you prefer to do hair and make-up yourself this is fine, just remember to account for this time, as it is applied within your shoot session time slot. You are responsible for your own supplies and clean-up.

PROFESSIONAL RETOUCHING

  • You want to look your absolute best. We know this and encourage this choice. Professional retouching is a recommended option for each of your final photos. Each photo takes anywhere from 30 to 60 additional minutes to balance skin tones, reflections, removal of skin blemishes, removing wrinkles in clothing, dirt, etc, etc. We highly recommend this option for your absolute best look.

  • Professional Retouching add $50/Image

ON-LOCATION SHOOTING

  • Want a more personal approach, at your office, home, gym, park, etc. On-location shoots are a great alternative with natural lighting and environments that define your story. However there is a lot to consider and would be discussed during your free consult before booking. Additional charges will be applied for, pack up of lights,  set up of lighting, props, cost of fuel, etc, etc. Client is responsible for all approvals if shooting in a public area, and/or acquiring permits in parks and such. I can definitely assist in this process.

  • Over 60 miles in state only - $150
